Freeze Driers

I have been freeze drying for a little over 6 years, but at times I think I have enough food stored up then I think again and say to myself, "No, I don't and keep freeze drying. I have told very few friends what I am doing although I have told my kids and they all think I'm nuts. Thanks for any additional information.

Good for you! I'm sure you're very aware of the economic conditions in our country, so I say - keep freeze drying food!
