Using powdered eggs and milk

Years ago when the government gave out commodities instead of EBT cards they gave out lots of powdered milk and eggs. I used them as is in homemade baking mixes. The kids liked the package of eggs mixed in a blender with the required water and one fresh onion. Then scramble. The milk we helped out with just a bit of cream added or dissolve some powdered creamer in hot water. Cool it and add to the made up milk.
